    Le Paris Marriott Rive Gauche va rouvrir ses portes et est à la recherche de ses nouveaux Chefs de Rang (F/H) !

    Nous voulons créer une équipe dynamique, engagée et qui cumulera les réussites!

    Ouvrir un hôtel est une grande aventure surtout lorsque celui-ci a une belle histoire à raconter dans sa Rive Gauche de toujours.

    RESUME DU POSTE

    Le Chef de rang banquets assure le service de la clientèle avec qui il est en contact direct. Il assure la vente et la distribution des produits au sein du service restauration. Il est responsable de l'état de propreté du matériel et des locaux.

    Il a pour missions principales de:

    • Assurer l'accueil et la prise en charge du client dès son arrivée,
    • Coordonner son travail avec l'ensemble de l'équipe pour assurer un service efficace et agréable,
    • Assurer la mise en place de la salle et le débarrassage des tables,
    • Veiller au respect des commandes et vérifier systématiquement la facturation,
    • Encaisser les clients et gérer de façon autonome une caisse qui lui est propre,
    • Maîtriser l'exploitation au quotidien du programme informatique Micros en assurant notamment des clôtures de caisses avec les standards du groupe Marriott,
    • Mettre en pratique et veiller à ce que tous les repères de qualités définis par le concept de restauration soient respectés,
    • Gérer les stocks interdisant toutes pertes de produits (Méthode FIFO),
    • Appliquer les règles d'hygiène en vigueur, suivre le plan d'entretien général et les normes HACCP.

    Au sein des services Restauration et Banquets, il pourra être amené à travailler dans les différents points de vente et salons.

    L'ensemble de ces tâches est effectué dans le respect des normes d'hygiène, de sécurité en vigueur et des standards Marriott.

    PROFIL RECHERCHE

    Avoir le sens des responsabilités et le respect inconditionnel des règles de sécurité, d'hygiène et de propreté en vigueur. Savoir organiser le travail des équipes en fonction de l'activité.

    • Expérience dans l'hôtellerie, plus particulièrement les banquets et la Restauration,
    • Capacité à encadrer une équipe, Esprit d'équipe et du contact,
    • Capacité d'écouter, de comprendre, d'expliquer ses informations et idées, Maitrise du Français et de l'Anglais
    • Grande disponibilité et flexibilité.
